Since 2003, every two years, Khmelnytsky National University together with educational institutions and partners from Poland, Lithuania, Slovakia, Georgia, Bulgaria, Macedonia have been holding the International Conference “Ukrainian-Polish Scientific Dialogues” with great success.
During these years, about 2,500 people took part in the conference. Thanks to the established contacts between scientists of Poland and Ukraine, 20 scientific projects were implemented. The Ukrainian-Polish Center for European Integration has been established at Khmelnytsky National University. An academic mobility program has been launched, which provides an opportunity for students, graduate students, teachers to participate in various educational or research programs, to expand their knowledge in all areas of European culture. Every year, twice a year, the festival “Synergy” is held. Synergy is a Polish-Ukrainian project that combines the work of different generations and demonstrates interesting ideas in art and design.
Each conference had its own characteristics in accordance with the realities of the development of Ukraine and the European Union. The next, International Conference “IX Ukrainian-Polish Scientific Dialogues” will be held on October 20-23, 2021 at Khmelnytsky National University.
The aim of the conference is to integrate and strengthen large-scale cooperation between the scientific and business environment for the implementation of innovative solutions in various fields; discussion of research programs; search for solutions to current problems of modern science; exchange of information, experience, and research results; establishing contacts between scientists from different scientific fields and publishing the results of scientific research.
During the conference on October 20-23, 2021, will be held the International Forum “Automation, Mechatronics and Robotics. Development Strategies, Innovative Technologies and Equipment ”with the support of partners Siemens Ukraine (Ukraine), Khmelnytsky Chamber of Commerce and Industry (Ukraine), TopCity Service LLC (Ukraine); PE “Simencom Engineering” (Ukraine), LLC “Asko-Ukrem” (Ukraine), LLC “Precitool ost”, (Poland), LLC “Dacpol” (Poland). Moderators of the forum: Department of Machines and Apparatus, Electromechanical and Power Systems of Khmelnytsky National University (Ukraine); Department of Mechanical Engineering, Bydgoszcz Polytechnic Jan and Andrzej Sniedecki (Poland). The forum will feature a presentation of companies and their innovative technologies and equipment.
A round table will be held on the topic: “Ukraine and Poland: history, achievements, and prospects of cooperation.” Moderators of the round table: Department of International Relations and Tourism, Khmelnytsky National University (Ukraine); Institute of History and Archival Studies, Nicolaus Copernicus University in Torun (Poland).
Based on the results of the work of the scientific committees of the conference “IX Ukrainian-Polish Scientific Dialogues”, a collective monograph and a collection of abstracts will be published. Some articles will be recommended for publication in professional scientific journals.

Please fill in the registration form and send it by October 1, 2021, prepare abstracts and articles (10-12 pages) in a collective monograph by October 8, 2021.
We invite companies to take part in the conference with the possibility of their own presentation. Those interested can place their logo in the materials and the conference website with a link to the company’s electronic resource.
The registration fee for participation in the conference includes publication of conference materials; hotel accommodation (from 20 to 23 October); food (breakfast, lunch, and dinner); excursion. The cost of participation in the conference will be announced in addition.
